Single DIN vs Double DIN Head Unit

Single DIN vs Double DIN Head Unit
A single DIN unit typically measures 2 inches (50mm) in height and 7 inches (180mm) in width. These units are a common sight in many older vehicles or budget-friendly car models. Double DIN: As the name suggests, double DIN units are twice the height of their single DIN counterparts, measuring around 4 inches (100mm) in height and the same 7 inches (180mm) in width. These larger units traditionally provide more space for advanced features and larger displays, BUT we have completley redefined this tradition in the sense that; all the features of our double din head units are packed into our single din units aswell! Meaning the running specs, storage and screen options are not limited to the units size. Take our 13.2" unit for example. This is our most advanced unit yet with a huge 13.2 inch 1920p screen condensed down into a Single Din size.
