Head Unit Settings Made Simple

Dial in your Everse stereo for the way you drive. Here are the essentials, minus the fuss.

Go‑To Settings

1. Video while driving. Toggle on/off based on your local laws and preference.
2. Reverse camera view. If the image looks mirrored the wrong way, flip the setting to correct it.
3. Music during reverse. Keep music playing while reversing (or mute it). You can also set the reverse volume level.
4. Night dimming. Connect the ILLUM (orange+white) wire to your car’s headlight wire, then enable Small light control to dim the display when headlights are on.
5. GPS Mix. Play music or radio alongside navigation prompts. You can set the max guidance volume too.
6. Default navigation app. Choose your main maps app and link steering‑wheel controls (SWC) to it.
7. Driver side. Pick Left‑hand or Right‑hand drive to match your vehicle.
8. Remember volume. Have the unit start with the same volume you set last time.
